Terms of use and sale

These terms form the agreement between the user and the operator of Riffiva. Riffiva is the trading name under which the service is provided.

The operator’s full identity, registration details, business address, and hosting information are centralized in the legal notice. For questions, email contact@riffiva.com.

These terms apply to anyone who visits, creates an account, or uses Riffiva. Creating an account means accepting them without reservation. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Riffiva is intended for adults; use by a minor requires authorization from their legal representative.

Riffiva is a creative-assistance platform for short-form video. It identifies and documents trend mechanics, analyzes the selected creator profile, and generates a script suggestion to adapt before filming.

Features and limits may evolve to improve the service. A material change to a paid plan is announced within a reasonable period when it materially reduces a user's rights.

You must provide accurate information, keep your email current, and protect your credentials. Activity performed through your account is presumed to be yours unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.

Contact contact@riffiva.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Riffiva may request reasonable verification before restoring access or changing sensitive data.

• Attempts to bypass quotas are prohibited
• Unauthorized automated access is prohibited
• You are responsible for compatible equipment and internet access

When you add a profile, Riffiva processes information made public on TikTok, including videos, captions, metrics, available transcripts, and visual signals required for creative analysis.

You must only submit your own profile or a profile for which you have authorization or a legitimate interest compatible with the law and the person's rights. You may not use Riffiva to monitor, harass, or unlawfully profile another person.

Riffiva is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. Data availability depends on third-party platforms and providers and may change without notice.

Analyses and scripts rely on artificial intelligence models. They may contain errors, approximations, repetitions, or unsuitable content. You must review, verify, and edit every result before using or publishing it.

Riffiva does not guarantee any level of views, engagement, revenue, growth, or virality. Scores and recommendations are editorial indicators, not certain forecasts or legal, financial, or professional advice.

Results may not be unique. Other users may receive similar ideas. You remain responsible for checking intellectual property, image rights, factual claims, and platform rules before publishing.

The quotas shown in the application are the source of truth. A generation is deducted only when a script is successfully created; a technically failed generation does not consume a credit.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable or refundable, and expire when the account is deleted. Riffiva may prevent fraudulent use or clear attempts to bypass limits.

The Creator plan price is the price displayed before purchase, currently €19 or $19 per month depending on the offered currency. Applicable taxes and the total due are shown at checkout.

Polar Software, Inc. acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller: users purchase the subscription from Polar, which handles payment, taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment disputes. Riffiva remains the supplier and licenses the software under these terms.

Completing payment also means accepting Polar's Buyer Terms shown during checkout. Riffiva does not receive complete payment card data.

The Creator subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings through Polar's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Unless mandatory law or Polar requires otherwise, cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for the current period. Mandatory consumer rights, including a withdrawal right where applicable, remain fully protected.

You agree to use Riffiva fairly, lawfully, and with respect for other people's rights. In particular, you must not use it for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Violations of privacy, image rights, copyrights, or trademarks
• Impersonation or presenting a generated script as a real testimonial when it is not
• Bypassing quotas, security, or access controls
• Scraping, reselling, or substantially reproducing the trends database or service
• Any use likely to harm the operation, security, or reputation of Riffiva or its providers

Riffiva, its software, interface, brand, methods, trends database, and editorial content remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. A subscription only grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service.

You retain rights to the materials you provide. You grant Riffiva a license limited to processing, hosting, and transforming them only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You may use generated scripts, including commercially, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. This permission does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or absence of infringement.

Riffiva aims to provide reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, incidents, provider limits, API changes, or events outside the publisher's reasonable control may interrupt the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for a user's editorial decisions, publication performance, TikTok account suspension, lost opportunity, or indirect damages.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business users, total liability related to the service is limited to the amounts paid for Riffiva during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Riffiva at any time and request account deletion at contact@riffiva.com. Deleting a profile removes its analysis, generations, and related scripts from the active database.

Riffiva may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Unless urgent or legally prohibited, the user is told the reason and may provide observations.

These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. If an issue arises, first contact contact@riffiva.com to seek an amicable solution.

After an unresolved written complaint, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Riffiva will provide the competent mediator's details on request and will add them to this page once the mediation agreement is finalized.

If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal rules. Disputes solely concerning checkout, payment, or refunds may also fall under Polar's terms.

Riffiva may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service, the law, or its providers. Material changes affecting an active subscription are announced through an appropriate channel before they take effect.
